Food ingredients South America (FiSA) secured its position as one of the leading exhibitions for the Latin American food ingredients industry when it held its 13th show in São Paulo, Brazil, from 12 to 14 June 2007 at the Transamérica Expo. The event brought together more than 65 international exhibiting companies and welcomed 6,148 food ingredients professionals.
