Staged alongside Fi South America 2008, the Most Innovative Ingredient Awards are designed to honour the industry’s most inventive ingredients, leading-edge technology and prized research.

The Fi South America Award is the traditional Food Industry Oscar, recognized as the most important global awarding of the food technology segment.

 

During the 13rd FISA show, the company Davisco Fooks won the Most Innovative Food Ingredient. They won the award with their product Bio Pure Alhalactalbumin, amino acid  which improves sleep and wakening, the cognitive capacity, attenuates the physical and mental fatigue, beyond increasing the disposal and the mood.

 

The winner of The Most Innovative Food Product was Woman Care / Sovos, Gold Nutrition. They developed a product line for metropolitan women, which lifestyle need nutritional care.
